bought memoirs of a geisha vcd. ( haha i got so much things to do so little time still buy vcd)

snacks. lots of snack for my own eating pleasure when there are times in camp where u need a quick bite.

detergent. yeap becos of some muther fuker who painstingkly "OFFERED" me a guard duty on weekend. i have to wash some clothes cannot bring all to go home wash.

fuk i have to book out on friday nite which is 6.30pm then come back in camp at 9.30pm.

cb see how nice he did it for me. then saturday burned. until sunday morning then can book out at 10am.

yeap wonder why today i am here?

cuz i tml got appointment. and i request for early book out one day early at nite. becs the appointment next day 8am sharp mah. then my dad ask me ask ask if can early go back one day.

then my pc took long to decide and in the end let me out. ok yay thanks pc.

anyway this juz made me feel cheated.

i had oringally tml is office duty one.


then i tml got appoinment then one guy request to take my duty. he kept on saying this weekend cannot cannot cuz got to accompany gf. so he wanna take my duty. so he went to ask sgt. sgt came to ask me if i free on saturday. i was like ok lor bo bian since i got appointment.

but i accepted it in thinking that his duty on saturday was office duty also. then when my sgt double confirm wif us the duties, it read i had guard duty.

i tot say wrongly then ask ask. then sgt say yes his orignal duty was guard duty. u taking his duty so guard duty lor.

i was like CB. then told my sgt say i last month did weekend guard duty leh then this month do again WTF IS THIS.

then he say if u do weekend i think u next month won't get weekend de.

( CB LAST MONTH I DO THIS MONTH I ALSO DO U CB MAKING EMPTY PROMISES LOR)

then i turn to the guy. wah lao guard duty leh. u weekend OFFICE DUTY i dun mind. but FUK WEEKEND GUARD DUTY. WTF CB

and this week got long weekend. if he do my duty tml he will enjoy long weekend.

he dare to come to me and say " IF U kena any weekend duties next time i come take for u"

i am like cb after this week this month the second long weekend week we having block leave so no guard duty then from then on NO MORE LONG WEEKENDS for this month. if u dun believe can check. saturdays not counted. CCB how u gonna repay me.

if u ask me let u do normal weekend i sure dun wan. fuk YOU CB

U sit in the office report at 8am, guard the office take calls, pass documents. do admin stuff. run around the departments. sit comfortably and manage the office when no one is around.

haha wow ytd was a very fun day. cuz i got to go to the zoo.

am i sounding so much like a girl ? lol NAH i dun think so.

k so after i blogged finish i left to help yk to help him transfer his cd songs to his hp.

he wanna have his favourite songs in his hp. so anyway did the things and bo bian only could do 3 albums. we left after that.

got on a taxi - he suggested it cuz we were late due to his transferin of songs - and off to Jurong East Mrt.

reached at 2. suppose to meet my camp mate to pass him things at 1.45pm. made him wait 15 mins then after passing things to him then me and yk went into the gates.

went up and saw kk sitting down. then chatted as we waited then when ks came he called.

ks: where you?

me: in the middle side of the platform. it's behind lift

ks: i am behind the lift also.

me: then i should see you wad ?

anyway so he came over and we all waited for train. took train to CCK and alighted to change to bus 927.

took the bus and upon arrival it was fun. why?

cuz it looked quite new. and zoo i very long nv go le. see many new things Although some still never change but it still appeal like quite new to me.

upon arrival one couple told us to help them take picture. then ks help them take. ks hor strange one. take picture never say 1 2 3 one. but i nv notice until they left after taking the photo and helping us take photo of us also.

i told ks abt he never say 1 2 3 then ks said they looked unhappy when they left maybe becos of he never say 1 2 3. then photo come out bad maybe.

i duno becos i never go notice their facial expression.

we went in and started exploring.

yeap seeing the animals was quite fun.

took quite alot of pictures.

strange i did not see any orange tigers. i saw the white tigers but no orange tigers.

and yeap the BIG BIG GIANT crocodile which size are like dinosaurs are still there.
the lions also never change.

the rest had some changes.

each of us had something we wanna see.

the most interesting one was racoon. which was one of what kk wanna watch.

so we managed to finally find it.we were thinking they are nite animals bah so maybe they won't be so active or we couldn't get to see them much. but when we saw them, yeap they were active alright. "too active" to be precise.

haha we took lots of pictures of the racoons. u shall know why i shall say they are too active. you will be amazed at how much and fast they move. i shall post up the videos. on my blog next week.

oh yea i managed to feed the kangaroos for 2 dollars.. the kangaroos were ogling at the female zookeeper's food. while i and yk were feeding the kangaroo. i think ks was doing some "ogling" of his own at the zookeeper. lol.

the kangaroos were fun and nice. they were so cute, furry and freindly. main goal in thier heads was to nibble at the food in your hands. i got one time got 2 come and nibble at my food. yk was having fun himself. then got this couple got this girl hor she very over-reacting leh.

u got food of course the kangaroo stand up to try and sniff and eat wad. when it came near and stand up to full height ( about our human size adult height) she juz said frantically somethings and dogded the kangaroo alot of times.

come on lah it's juz kangaroo. if it's a tiger or snake i would reasonably understand your frantic emotions but this is friendly kangaroos leh.

well they juz wanna eat so u juz let them eat and while they eat u can sayang them. such soft fur and long ears so nice to touch ^^

then after u finish u can exit the closure and wash your hands wif soap.

well after i came out, ks and kk showed us pictures of us feeding the kangaroos. and i heard ks said he could not get a picture of the zookeeper. i was like -.- but haha also wanna see cuz i nv go notice the zookeeper. not sure if she chio not.

juz nice kk got shot one pic of her.not intentionally she walked into the shot blocking me lol.

ok the rest is juz plain normal seeing of animals.

then left at 6 plus then got to CCK ate pizza hut.

had bbq pizza large and i had pasta while they ate baked rice. we were so full after eating left to shop around CCK. nuthin much. i juz bought a extended usb cable to extend my usb port to the front. and a dvd-rw. 12 dollars in total.

but in the end i did not get to keep it cuz due to my carelessness i lost it. juz buy and lost. how suay right knn ccb.

then yk came to my house and carried on doing the stuff until 11.30pm and left.

also saw my bro's trip to korea pictures. he even kept the tickets and receipts and the korea money.

learnt a few things abt korea as he explains and saw many interesting things from his pictures.

got to see some DA CHANG JING places where they visited. and also the DONG JI LIAN GE (winter sonata)

but still i no like korea lol.

like japan more. ^^

ok lah i latrer going in le. next week gonna come out on friday i think. hehe got labour day leh WOOHOO... long week end

arhhhhh here i am again.

first thing first.

i booked in on sunday. did the usual stuff. stepped into the room to find a new thing in our bunks.

it was fans. 6 small rotating fans. woot and guess wad the place i am sleeping at ( not my actual place but i moved cuz the other side was filled with mosquito at nite) got 2 fans.

haha heng ah i chose that place ( place wifout mosquitos ) before the fans were installed.

juz hope that place won't be taken away cuz only i sleep nia.

ok anyway now it's like freezing cold at nite due to the fan. not that i am complaining but i like it but too cold.

learnt some more moves in fighting. how to counter people when they strangle u on the floor etc. woot damn it's fun. then told my PC about my thing.

went to his office and talked to him then left and the rest of the week was doing nuthin much but learning fighting and countering people moves.

haha one funny thing that happen was my friend went to "slot" ( u know slice your plam agianst your friends ass and say "10 dollars added) alot of people ass. then one day i think it happened in next bunk. my friend did not see properly he went to "slot" my sgt ass. LOL he said "10 dollars added!" then when my sgt turned around.. i think his face went pale.

lol. he got back "40 dollars" what kind of 40 dollars ? 40 pumping. lol so funny lor.

if only can take down my friend the expression and make that master card advertisment.

ok anyway ytd came home quite late cuz my PS wantd us to clean our rifle until ULTIMATE clean which was quite nearly impossible cuz it would take hours and we need to book out in like 1 hour time. -.-

so in the end he let us off but we had to rush to bath and change etc.

got home and recieved 2 letters. one from mindef telling me some website thingy and one which had my name spelled wrongly. I am called Shan Teck. -.-

inside contained mj things. lol mj ask them to get the name right k lol

my dad recoreded wrongly for me the dream chasers. he recorded ch 5 shows then when he realized he recorded wrongly he only recoreded the dream chasers for 12 mins.

haiz another episode missed but nvm i dun blame him cuz he was busy and still got time to help me record show. appreciated his effort.

hmm today gonna go ZOO. haha yeap. zoo wif kk, ks and yk. 4 big guys to zoo how fun ^^ ( not so but at least can go zoo see see)

ah kk is gonna help me do my Durian advertisment wif his camera. i shall try.

well ytd was quite an ok day. after i blogged i went to sleep and kk camed. he camed to play some of my cs. i let him play while i juz did my own things and bathed. then tok to him awhile then we left to go find ks.

we all decided to go bugis. went bugis and wnet sim lim square. bought cds and left. had wanted to eat but everywhere also so crowded so we kept finding and finding. then finally settled down at kfc.

only place wif place. not fully crowded but still crowded.

we ate zinger and left to walk walk lor.

juz went walking around. along the way i created this crazy idea. about ipod.

lol i shall make a company named DURIAN instead of APPLE. and showing the advertisment got green black ground wif that black person listening to mp3 player wif a particular style which i showed kk and we laughed really hard. ks was not understanding it.

basically ks was feeling abit moody liddat duno why. kept asking him he say maybe gonna fall sick le.

then after that we went walk walk around at marina square. we went to the new creative shop at marina. then i tried thier zen. i still prefer IPOD if i were to buy mp3 player.

then left and ks wanted to buy some shirt from hang ten. then he buy. then i was there walk around then also decided to buy some shirt from hang ten.

haha now i find i need more long pants rather than tops. lol i got enuf tops le.

after that we left to go home.

we all took same bus but kk alighted at my stop cuz the bus only go to my house and ks house. kk had to chnage bus at my house.

kk and me was toking while waiting for kk bus mah. then we duno why discuss about female names. then wonderin why some have the month name as their names.

example june, may, april...

then i was trying to match these english name wif chinese surnames.

i was mentioning June wif June Tan

then when it came to april i could not think any. and kk suddenly blurted out April Foo

then we both laughed hard. very hard. lol APRIL FOO. sounds so much like APRIL FOOL.

lol no offence to those surname named foo. we did not do it purposely de.

then after he left i went home.

No one was at home. My parents went out wif my grandma.
The house was all to myself. So i settled down and juz took off my clothes and changed into my home kind of clothes then suddenly my phone rang.
it was ks. He spoke in a very very obvious sad tone. but i still said in fun tone HELLO! YES?

ks carried on and said " i know why i felt so moody and no feeling today when i left the house."

me: " why? "

ks: ....... ( he paused very long)

i felt very worried. i was like what happen. why the sudden suspense. what happen quickly say leh.

then he started to speak.

ks: "i recieved my NS letter liao..."

i was like relieved. heng not very serious lah. only go into NS nia. lol NS really haunts people very bad. gives people a bad scare. i was so relieved it was nuthin very serious.

so i asked him what unit blah blah he got. lol well and ks got the unit he wanted but it was the very xiong kind. so he duno weather should he be happy or sad. he asked me this question. i was like " duno.... i tot u would be happy...^^"

then we toked and he said he wanna go tell kk. so i ended the phone conversation wif him. wow it was such a relieve man. almost had me scared out of my wits wif his slience.

hmm basically carried on and watched tian long, mr bean for the rest of the nite.

k so early morning i woke up quite early. then i tried the norton anti virus ks juz gave me.

it kept never ask me to register and when u dun register i cannot i use it. then i went to ks for help. he said should have prompt to ask u de but nv leh.

i uninstall and install 2 to 3 times until now. yes until now then it came out. it only came out once and when that time i did as i was told to do and norton said it has encountered a internal problem.

OMG KNN CCB. then i juz uninstalled and installed again but this time still won't come out. -.-

i give up. well maybe for now. i think i do it next week bah. cuz i am so like tired of this installing and uninstalling.

i got so many things to watch. omg

return of condor heros 2006 ( juz watch episode 1 nia) , tian long ( finishing), xian jian qi xia zuan ( havent even started) and charmed ( havent got episode 17 onwards leh they haven't come out).

omg so many so many. so many but so little time.

Significant happenings

this week hor hmmm let me juz say bah. alot has happened. both sad and happy.

ok so where should i start?

lets start by monday bah.

as i mentioned in previous entry i have parade. ok so i was selected for the engineer's day parade.

we all got ready and went NEE SOON CAMP. it was renovated lor i think. cuz i rmb when i was small i went in one time i got go in before. still remember the canteen. hehe

then it was quite well renovated. i still remmeber last time dun have tekong for BMT. so all guys serving NS would go NEE SOON CAMP for BMT training.

anyway after that we juz do our normal marching lor. i was the marching contigent. then anyway alot of high rank people there so very mafan so better if u stick together wif ur friends.

then anyway went to their e-mart to buy things. then saw the engineer polo t-shirt which was very nice so i bought one. then left. my friends they bought alot of other units also but i buy enigneer one cuz it was the nice-st of them all.

then the days juz pass by day by day. juz rehersal rehersal and more rehersal.

i was quite burnt lor. juz like the time last time in secondary school that time. i was so black and when i took off my shirt i can see 2 colors. becos we wearing smart no.4 so it would almost whole arm black on the top part is WHITE.


rehersal until the actual day came.

the morning i woke up wif a different feeling. it was my birthday but somehow i did not feel happy. then i proceed on to my own things. i was in my own bunk polishing my boots. my platoon mates left but they did not tell me. i carried on polishing my own boots until i felt it was time to go down. and when i got down i got a big scolding by my sgt. i told them no one told me to go down and no one said what time to go down and they juz kept scolding me. even my platoon mates was putting the blame on me when i was ignorant of the time to go down and no one camed to inform me or call me down.

-.- i felt very maligned and the whole bus person kept making noises. i kept quiet. juz quiet the moment i reach on the bus. i juz sat and fuking kept quiet.

but i can;t help but feel maglin for something i did not do. it's like i was juz doing my own thing and i really duno what time to go down cuz REALLY NO ONE INFORMED ME. i was like if i saw them go down i would go down wif them but non of them ever inform me they are going down nor did i see them go down. -.-

i was really on the brink of madness, i was so angry and i was abt to break. really. at that time i really feel like killing or beating up someone. but in the end , i juz sat and kept quiet. QUIET was the word i did.

while everyone slept i juz cried.

yes ladies and gentlemen i cried. for no apparent reason i juz cried. But now i know the reason why i had to cry on that day during the later part of the day, why i had no mood on that day even though it was my birthday. ( reason? can't say personal) but definately mostly crying is not for the incident that juz happened.

those tears were meant for a particular person quite close to me. yes it was.

it's juz for a personal reason.

and it is that day i felt you should cherish what u have. if not regret is the word u shall face when its gone.

wednesday nite mj sms me happy birthday lol she early one day wished. thanks mj lurve ya.

anyway was still very moody on my birthday morning. still feeling watery in my eyes but managed to contorl myself and juz sat and wait. cuz everyone was waiting for the parade.

we reached so early lor. of all contigents during rehersal we were most late then on parade day we were the most early. we waited for 1 and half hour lor.

deciding i shall carry on the parade and put up a good show while putting aside my emotions.

so when it was time everyone came and form up and very soon the parade started. there were lots of spectators and the live military band was there. played the ndp marching songs like the marching one, slatue-ing kind , march past one, flag march in kind all sorts of the military ndp marching songs which are used in ndp parade.

it was so like national day parade lor. then the chief of engineer and chief of ARMY camed. then they did the inspection of the marching people. then got speech. i was in my contigent looking at spectators but wifout moving my head or anything juz my eyes. but head still facing front. observing the spectators. mostly was all guys

guess what i and i think most of the people is looking for. girls lah. got lah got one chio bu but cannot see properly cuz she so far.

hope that day got take photograph lor. then i can show u guys. hehe

it was so like national day parade lor only the scale is not as big and no ARTILERY firing and air force flying.

it was a proud event.

then after that go back camp had to learn SAW and m203. both weapons. had some hard time learning the SAW cuz first time.

then at nite while i on my phone i got alot of birthday greetings. hehe was delighted to see all of them. called ky, ks awhile. did not wanna disturb the rest of my friends. also sms'ed my bros as they going overseas. then i juz laid on my bed from 7 to 10pm mostly i juz stoned and tired. hmmm anyway that was the later part which i got the news which i had earlier cried for.

it's a wonder how a person can feel what may happen.

ok after that friday was a live firing of m203. it was my gun i had to learn.

woo damn was it heavy. i had a hard time aimming and my hand was shaking due to the long aimming and my hands was tired after holding that heavy weapon. PONG ! off the grenade went out of the gun and tyco i kena quite on shot 2 times. woot

but it was practice rounds. then during the real explosive round i kinda shot abit off to the left. so never hit on target.

then anyway after that we juz left and book out.

reach home and unpacked and juz carried on wif life.

i have alot of things to get. i think today i shall go buy 50 cdr and go out wif kk and ks.

kk coming over my house later.

well this 20th birthday of mine is very significant. alot of things happened. both happy and sad.

1. 20th birthday. no more teen le. it's called YOUNG ADULT
2. Participated in a very important parade. proud event. very nice.
3. sad things happened.

so much on one day. too much to handle? well yea but what can i do... life still has to go on.

ok anywya today hor nuthin much lah. juz wake up and watch tian long ba bu. then i carried on to eating breakfast after my mom came back. ate one of JJ songs.

after that i carried on to watch somemore tian long until halfway my dad said he wanna go downstair go do the wad package from the atm. ask me wanna accompany him not. i accompanied him lor since maybe later he duno or wad.

then after it was done we left and my dad had early lunch. i told him i ate breakfast 1 hour ago still quite full. so i sat and drank one sugar cane while he eat. i sat until almost slept. lol shows how tired i was.

later we went back house then i went back to wad? sleeping. lolx well wanted to sleep but cannot sleep so came to msn. and saw my bro and meijun online.

toked to them. my bro sort of went AWAY mode but nv say so i carried on toking to meijun.

sometimes why i wonder why some people cannot settle for simple things. if it was me i would be like duan yu juz settle to marry that girl then carry on wif life. and not think about WORLD DOMINATION.

sometimes in camp i also keep thinking why do we need to have so much perfection when we do work. why can't we juz accept whatever standards we can only do. why muz we go until the extreme limit and go for perfection.

i think is parade rehersal for 3 days and 1 day is the actaul day. actaul day is my birthday. haha then friday duno is do wad. maybe is m203 live firing bah. duno or maybe another day do nuthin much.

so nuthin much bah this week.

weekend i do not have plans yet. most probably meeting mj give her the packages.. duno if she wanna go out not. then as for ks and kk they all duno if they free not. cuz i heard they may wanna celebrate by going seoul garden. if go maybe should be a friday after i book out. but not sure yet nv comfirm. mj one also no comfirm...

help i was greeted wif a happy birthday this morning.

ky lor. he was "TESTING" me lor as mentioned by him lol.

actaully i also forgot his birthday only remember is also april also wootz.

anyway today i asked yk and kk and ks out. kk only joined us later in the evening.

ok firstly i went to CPF board wif my parents. many uncle and aunties were there asking abt their money thingy. my dad too lah actaully.

then got some ah u dun see they wear until very auntie, uncle those who like sit at coffeeshop duno any english kind only know hokkien kind. THEY ACTAULLY know english. some even say until like got slang liddat.

i was shocked. ren bu ke mao xiang ( do not judge cover by it's books)

oh yea when we went up the esclator right. got one guy standing there leh. he stand until like welcoming and like is those officer who could help u wif your problems or enquires. when my dad went to him hor he juz kept saying "GO THERE GO THERE"

my dad wanted him answer the enquire but he juz kept saying non stop " GO THERE GO THERE" then me and parents did as we were instructed.

at first i tot he was rude but when i went back to see i saw his tag " CHEIF SECURITY OFFICER" then i know why he kept saying go there.

cuz he is a security guard. duno how to solve de. he only guarding there to direct people to go there go there.

then i was telling my dad how useless he was and how redundant he was standing there giving the people wrong impression he is those CPF officers who could help answer enquires or solve problems. then i kept saying he useless and redundant. while i was telling my dad he was juz behind me. LOL

so paiseh lor. but i think he act never hear juz walk off to toilet while i was leaving the building. my dad was laughing but i dun care. of course in my heart i was like so paiseh lor.

but really leh you could have juz put a piece of paper or a standing signage to tell people how to go. instead of standing there not looking like security officer letting people mistake you for a cpf officer who could answer enquires.

anyway after that we left and went my grandma house. had to go and pay respects to ancestors. saw my aunties downstairs burning joss paper for my ancestors. so i and my parents went in to help out.

then help liao go up eat, tok awhile, then left cuz i meeting ks they all wad.

wanted to get home fast took a taxi home. cheap leh 3 dollar nia. and 5 mins nia i reached. i feel much better rather me spending like half hour while i had to change 2 bus to get home.

got home watch abit of harry potter before i left the house. met ks first. he finally keep long hair. wah even style it somemore. wooo... finally not botak anymore.

then yk came. then we did not decide on place so juz took any bus which came. 14 came so it went orchard. so we went there walk around then waited for kk to come then we go watch movie. watched ultraviolet. suxy plot. and kk was was quite disastified and complained the show. although me and yk was also quite disastified but we did not complain much cuz watch le jiu watch le. ks was saying BORING.

ok so anyway next shows to watch are MI 3, ice age 2 and x-men 3.

after that we wanted to eat billy bombers but changed to NYDC instead. so we all had baked rice only different ones. drinks was everyone was different.

i hated eating spaghetti so i had to eat baked rice too.

paid and left. did somemore shopping. which resulted in only yk buying things only. me today did not see anything i like.

so i juz came back. after that nuthin much. this is how i spent my april fools day. hehe
